Façade Improvement Grants

If you are a downtown Meridian business owner, money is available to help you increase the curb appeal of your property! The Meridian Development Corporation is currently accepting applications for its façade improvement grants. Any business located within the Downtown Urban Renewal District or the Northern Gateway District may apply.

Façade improvement grants are designed to enhance the historic character of buildings in downtown and to help create a strong visual identify for the heart of the community. Successful applications will benefit the greater public and not just a private entity.

Applications are welcome through September 30, 2026 or until funds run out.
