Program Overview
The Meridian Development Corporation offers facade improvement grants to eligible property and business owners within the Downtown Urban Renewal District, Union District, and Northern Gateway District. These grants help offset the costs of exterior improvements that enhance the aesthetic character and vitality of these areas.

- Signage improvements

- Window and door replacements
- Lighting upgrades
- Architectural enhancements
How to Apply
Interested applicants should review the program guidelines and submit a completed application form along with required documentation. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, subject to available funding.
